"Searching for the best rates for the best coverage some years back, Chad Reppert's agency convinced me to take a chance and just a little time, to see if they could provide me with what I was looking for. I was seriously convinced that I could only get the best rates from a company that wasn't a local brick and mortar representative. They showed me how easy it was to compare my current rates and coverage to theirs, and the savings they could get for me! I discussed with them about how my husband liked to trade vehicles and we would need to be able to often add or drop coverage on different ones. Well, over the years I have never had any problems out of this company. We didn't do ridiculous changes every month like a car dealer or anything, but I have often changed coverage options, added, and dropped several vehicles. They even provided coverage for our personal property and dump truck when needed. And never gave me any grief for as many times as I have had to make changes. Always pleasant to talk to, and eager to help me with any questions I have had. Many companies have tried to get me to switch. They have tried to tell me that they can beat my current prices and coverage. Not one of them can beat Chad Reppert's State Farm pricing, or even match them! And, from my experience with other companies before Chad Reppert, I know they can not handle my business without giving me grief for my questions and coverage needs!! Chad Reppert's State Farm also has a phone service that will be there for you after hours. I prefer texting and doing a lot of my changes online. They do a wonderful job working with me by text to confirm what I need and want to do. I have never had a problem adding a new vehicle so I could have coverage to go get it put in my name. Changing of my coverage has never been questioned, only confirmed so they know what I need. So, in a nutshell, Chad Repperts State Farm is by far the best insurance company I have worked with to date."
